Wierds

This is a Wierd, for those who haven't played Magic the Gathering it is a creation of one of the guilds of Ravnica: The Izzet. Izzets are a guild of wizards whho are facscinated in building creations and has the knowledge of the arcane arts. They build most of the towers of Ravnica and are responsible for giving power and distribute heat to the city.

Wierds are "based on wild contradictions yet somehow manage to work". They are "diametrically opposing energies in self-sealed plasmodermic bubbles". In other words, they are both Fire and Ice locked into one being.
